During the course of hearing, the Court is apprised that an application filed by the Petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. for registration of FIR, which is also the subject matter of the present petition, has been dismissed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-03, South District, Saket vide order dated 14.03.2024. Copy of the order has been handed over to learned counsel for the Petitioner, who on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition to take recourse to appropriate remedies for assailing the order dated 14.03.2024. The order is taken on record.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
