% 29.01.2019 I.A. 1327/2019 in CS(COMM) 86/2017 This is an application under Section 40 of the CPC for transfer of decree. The suit was decreed by this Court on 19th January, 2018. Copy of the judgment and decree is annexed with the application. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Plaintiff that the Defendants have their assets in Gurugram (Gurgaon). Accordingly, it is prayed that the decree dated 19th January, 2018 be transferred to the District Court, Gurugram for execution. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The decree dated 19th January, 2018 is transferred to the District Court, Gurugram for the purposes of execution.
