The present application under Section 439 of the CrPC seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 624/2020 under Sections 302/307/147/148/120B/34 of the IPC registered at PS Mayur Vihar PH-1.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Trial Court after completion of the examination of the public witnesses in the present case. 5.
