This contempt petition is filed raising a grievance that order dated 04.08.2022 passed in W.P.(C) 4367/2021 was not complied with. 2.
Learned counsel submits that the order dated 04.08.2022 was clarified vide order dated 03.11.2022 and the directions were to pay salary as per the recommendations of Seventh Central Pay Commission with effect from 04.08.2022 and the matter with regard to the arrears with effect from 01.01.2016 is yet to be decided.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that an amount of Rs.4,71,600/- after making adjustments has already been paid. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount has not been calculated correctly.

This contempt petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to supply the calculations within three weeks to the petitioner. 6.
The petitioner if dissatisfied with the calculations may file a representation within four weeks thereafter.

In the eventuality of a representation being filed, the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within eight weeks thereafter.
