The learned special prosecutor places on record the status report. The same is taken on record.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is suffering with incurable, deadly and life threatening illness i.e., Ankylosing Spondylitis. It is stated that in this medical condition all the body joints get locked and the person becomes immobile.

It is further submitted that petitioner is under treatment and is being made to do regular exercise and therapies to control the disease. It is stated that, at present, the petitioner's whole body is paralysed. There is pain and stiffness in the body.

The learned special prosecutor submits that petitioner has not approached the court with clean hands, inasmuch as, on the last date his The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. counsel informed the Court that petitioner was lying admitted in Kothari Medical Centre Hospital in Kolkata, whereas the medical record received from the treating hospital categorically mentions that petitioner was admitted on12.06.2025 and was discharged on 17.06.2025 and thus, he was not hospitalized on the day of the last hearing in this matter. 5.
The status report filed by the learned special prosecutor confirms the medical condition of the petitioner. The IO present in Court further confirms that at the time of his visit, he found the petitioner confined to bed. 6.
Petitioner has placed on record the treatment record (Annexure P-5 and Annexure P-6).

In his report before the learned Trial Court, the IO verified the genuineness of the medical documents.

Considering the status of the medical condition of the petitioner, his interim bail is extended for a period of 60 days, subject to the previous terms and conditions.
