1. The appellant, who is present in person, submits that since the respondent has already remarried, she does not wish to press the present appeal any further.

2. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. We, however, make it clear that the findings recorded in the impugned order with regard to the cruelty on part of the appellant will not be used by the respondent in any other proceedings.

Further the respondent, as already directed, will continue to pay maintenance to the appellant in terms of the order passed by the learned Family Court.
