Pursuant to the previous order dated 05th July, 2024, it is informed by the APP for the State that the charges have been framed by order dated 05th August, 2024 and date is fixed for 15th October, 2024 for recording of the testimonies of the victims.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file afresh at a later stage.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted. 4.

accounting for the lapse of time in this matter, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the recording of the testimonies of the victims. This is also keeping in mind that these victims were minors on the dates of the incidents and have been rescued by an NGO from the house where they were to work in (as stated by the counsel for the complainant).
