1. The Court is not persuaded that the Petitioner's request to be posted at Jamnagar has been wrongly rejected. It is seen that the Petitioner was accommodated at his request in Ghaziabad, where he is presently stationed.

2. Merely because the Petitioner may be constructing a house in Jamnagar anticipating his superannuation, which is to happen within a year, he cannot insist on being posted to that place.
