Ltd. stating that the applicant is entitled for protection of his property bearing No.3/80, Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi in accordance with law. It is submitted that in respect of action which may have been or would be initiated by the SDMC in respect of its property, the applicant is entitled to invoke legal remedies available under the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957; Delhi Building Bye Laws 1983 and the Unified Building Bye Laws for Delhi, 2016. The applicant, if advised, may intervene in the matter before the Tribunal.

With the aforesaid observation, we dispose of the application. W.P.(C) 3884/2017 In view of the order passed in CM. No. 36289/2018, the writ petition stands disposed of. The date already fixed in the writ petition i.e. 22.11.2018 stands cancelled.
