This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs seeking permanent/perpetual injunction against infringement, passing off and counterfeiting of its trademark as also delivery up, rendition of accounts, damages, etc.

During the course of the proceedings, parties were referred before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably resolved their inter se disputes and a Settlement Agreement has been executed between the parties on 30.01.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement. Copy of the Settlement Agreement is placed on record. 2.

In light of this, counsel for the Plaintiffs, on instructions, submits that the suit be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 2.

lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (e) of the plaint.

Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire Court fee in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
