Mr. Vikas Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the above-captioned petitions are covered by the judgment dated 17.05.2024 of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.6791/2024. 2.

He further submits that the petitioners have also moved an application in the Supreme Court stating that their cases have been wrongly classified.
