Ld. Counsels for the parties submit that the dispute has been finally resolved and the Appellant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the Respondent bank.

A sum of Rs.25,50,000/- is already stated to have been paid to the Respondent Bank and a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- is the remainder amount which is to be paid on 20th April, 2026.

In view of the fact that the dispute stands resolved no further orders are called for in this appeal.

The Appellant shall ensure that the amount in terms of the settlement is paid on 20th April, 2026, failing which, the Respondent Bank is free to avail of its remedies in accordance with law.

The copy of the letter of the Respondent Bank dated 31st March, 2026 which has captured the settlement terms is taken on record.
