The parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (hereinafter "Mediation Centre") via order dated 05th July, 2024.

The parties have arrived at a settlement before the Mediation Centre. 3.
The Settlement Agreement dated 24th March, 2025 (hereinafter "Settlement Agreement") has been placed on record and the same bears the signatures of the parties and their respective counsel. C.O. I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In view of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
