Counsel for the respondent states that they have now decided on the representation of the petitioner.

Counsel for the respondent hands up a status report filed on 26th July 2024, which is, however, not on record.

As per the status report, the representation of the petitioner was decided and an order for leave encashment of Rs.6,84,480/- has been issued in petitioner's favour.

The petitioner, who appears in person, states that she has received the same, however, is claiming Rs.4,72,291.20/- towards 18% interest due from the month of December 2020 till the month of September 2024. 5.

Considering the order of which compliance is sought does not indicate that any interest would be payable, petitioner is at liberty to seek further directions from the Writ Court in this regard.
