Mr. Waize Ali Noor, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent has handed over the revised degree certificate in original to Mr. M.A. Niyazi, learned counsel for petitioner in Court. 2.

In view of above, Mr. Niyazi does not wish to press the present petition. The present petition, along with pending application, is disposed of. He, however, submits that the present degree certificate will be surrendered to the respondent/NBEMS through an authorized representative when a degree certificate with the security features is issued to the petitioner after the convocation.
