Learned counsel for the respondent requests for time to seek instructions. It is pointed out that the present contempt petition has not been moved within a period of one year which is prescribed for initiation of such proceedings.

However, this Court finds that the impugned order operates in favour of the petitioner and that the learned Trial Court has ample powers to get its orders executed in accordance with law. There is no justification to file the present contempt petition. 8.

The same is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Trial Court for seeking appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
