The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification/clarification of the order dated 03rd July, 2025, passed in the present writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the said order, it has been stated that the electricity meter and the water motor meter were in the basement of the property bearing No. C-21, Ground Floor, Ganesh Nagar, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092. However, it is submitted that the electricity meter was installed in the premises of the petitioner on the Ground Floor, and not in the basement of the property. 3.

The aforesaid statement is taken note of.

Noting the aforesaid, the present application is disposed of. CM APPL. 61585/2025 & CM APPL. 62617/2025 5.

This Court is informed that pursuant to the directions issued vide order dated 06th October, 2025, the electricity meter already stands shifted. 6.

Thus, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
