FAO(OS) 57/2016 We have heard the learned counsel for the appellants as also the appellant No. 2 who appears in person. Senior citizens are involved in this matter. Three of the respondents are above the age of 85 years. The appellants are also about 80 years of age. It is, therefore, clear that this matter should be given priority. Consequently, we direct that the CS(OS) 2051/2010 be taken up in the category of senior citizens on 03.03.2016 in the first instance. The appeal stands disposed of.
