This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 19th May, 2025 passed by the ld. District Magistrate, West, Delhi in Eviction No. 773/DCW/2022. Vide the impugned order the Petitioner has been evicted from the property situated at House No. A/251, Block-M, Upper Ground Floor, Hari Nagar, Clock Tower, Maya Pini, P.O. South-West, Delhi110064 (hereinafter "the subject property"). 3.

The Petitioner is stated to have preferred an appeal against the impugned order being Appeal No. 1154/2025, before the ld. Divisional Magistrate. The said appeal is fixed for hearing on 29th August, 2025. 4.

Ld. Counsel for the Respondent submits that the Petitioner has already vacated the subject property.

The Petitioner and her minor daughter are present in Court. The Court has queried the Petitioner and her daughter who have confirmed that, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. presently, they are living at the house of the Petitioner's mother. 6.

In view thereof, it is directed that the ld. Divisional Commissioner shall hear the concerned appeal on an early date and shall dispose of the same preferably by 30th July, 2025.

If there are any belongings of the Petitioner which she wishes to collect from the subject property, she is permitted to do so within a week in the presence of a lady constable.

The hearing before the ld. Divisional Commissioner is fixed on 27th June, 2025.

The petition is disposed of in these terms. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
