The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "a) Allow present Writ Petition under Article 226 & 227 read with Article 14 & 21 of the Constitution of India and Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the admitted payments to the tune of Rs. 67,37,459/- in favor of the petitioner.

b) Award the cost of the writ petition to the petitioner. c) Any other relief(s) which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case may also be pars in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent." 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents states, upon instructions, that the amount of Rs.67,37,459/-, will be released in favour of the petitioner within one week from today. The respondents are bound down to this undertaking.
