Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. MAT.APP. (F.C.) 227/2025 3.

The present appeal has been filed impugning the order dated 09.06.2025 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka, New Delhi, in G.P. No.05/2025 titled 'Aman Ralhan vs. Anjali Ralhan' whereby the learned Family Judge declined the Appellants' prayer for video conferencing interaction with the minor children. After some arguments and with consent of the parties, the following order is passed:

i.

Learned senior counsel for the Respondent, states on instructions, Respondent along with the minor child will be in Goa on 25.06.2025, the date of the child's birthday. He states that Respondent shall return to Delhi on 27.06.2025 and shall make arrangements to ensure that the Petitioner is given physical visitation with the minor child on 28.06.2025, between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, at the Children's Room, Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Delhi High Court.

ii.

He further states that the Respondent undertakes to facilitate the visitation in a manner that that it proceeds smoothly and without any hindrance or obstruction.

iii.

Learned counsel for the Appellant is agreeable to the aforesaid arrangement for physical visitation on 28.06.2025. He states that the Appellant is flying into India today and will arrive on 24.06.2025. In fact, the Appellant has also joined the proceedings today through video conferencing.

iv.

He further requests that the Appellant be permitted to have a video call with the minor child on 25.06.2025 in order to wish him on his birthday at 11:00 AM for a duration of 15 minutes, via WhatsApp video call on the last known number of the Respondent. This suggestion is also agreeable to the Respondent.

preponed to the first week of July 2025, which request is not opposed by the learned senior counsel for the Respondent.

The aforesaid statements and undertakings of the counsel on behalf of the Appellant and the Respondent are taken on record. The parties are bound down by the same.

The visitation of the Petitioner with the minor child on 25.06.2025 and 28.06.2025 will be carried out peacefully and smoothly in the manner recorded hereinabove.

The learned Trial Court is requested to prepone the date of hearing in G.P. No. 05/2025 to July 2025. For this purpose, the Appellant shall file an appropriate application for preponement of the hearing and have it listed on 01.07.2025. On the said date, the Trial Court shall schedule the hearing of the pending application under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 within July 2025, subject to the Court's calendar. 8.

The Respondent's application filed under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 shall also be preponed and heard along with the said application before the Family Court. 9.

The learned trial court is requested to consider and decide the pending application of the Appellant without being influenced by the observations made in the impugned order dated 09.06.2025 as well as this order. 10.

With the aforesaid directions, the present appeal along with all pending applications stand disposed of.

All the rights and contentions of the parties before the Family Court are left open.
