It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case. The Trial Court is directed to proceed ahead with the matter on the weight of the evidence produced before it and also keeping in mind the fact that the Petitioner has married the prosecutrix. With these observations, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with the pending applications.
