This application has been filed by petitioner for exemption from paying the Court Fees relating to property bearing Flat No. 25, Deshbandhu Apartment, Plot No.15, I.P. Extension, Patparganj, Delhl-110092. 2.

Letters of Administration were issued in favour of petitioner by order dated 20th May 2024.

The petitioner now states that the property as noted above may be exempted from Letters of Administration, as Letters of Administration would not be required for the said property.

The petitioner states that she is the sole surviving member of Late Smt. Lalita Chakravarty, who was the allottee of the aforesaid flat. The flat has been transferred in the name of petitioner from the name of the allottee by the Management Committee of Deshbandhu CGHS Apartments. MCD, Shahdara Zone has also changed the name in the records, in favour of the petitioner.

Accordingly, as far as the property in Delhi is concerned, the Will is not required to be probated.

The property was included wrongly in the list of properties, as per the petitioner and they do not require a Letter of Administration with respect to the said property.

In these facts and circumstances, the application is allowed. 8.

The said property being Flat No. 25, Deshbandhu Apartments, Plot No.15, I.P. Extension, Patparganj, Delhi-110092 to which Letters of Administration was granted vide order dated 20th May 2024, is exempted and deleted from the grant of Letters of Administration. 9.

The application is disposed of, with the aforesaid directions. 10.
