The accused/applicant seeks interim bail on medical grounds for a period of 30 days in case FIR No. 665/2013 of PS Jahangir Puri for offence under Section 21 NDPS Act.

1.1 This interim bail application came up for the first hearing on 23.06.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application also was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first hearing before me. None appears for the accused/applicant.

As pointed out by learned APP, on previous two consecutive dates also, none appeared for the accused/applicant. 3.

In any case, this application for interim bail was filed way back in the month of June 2025 for a period of only 30 days on the ground that the accused/applicant was suffering with a kidney injury. However, by way of medical status report dated 30.06.2025, the Medical Officer Incharge of jail reported that the accused/applicant was administered appropriate treatment and his condition is stable and improving.

Considering the above circumstances, the bail application is dismissed.
