% 12.07.2024 During the course of submissions, it has been submitted that the closure report was filed in FIR No. 130/2018 and FIR No. 370/2019 PS Tilak Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thereafter, a protest petition was filed wherein, the Court has taken cognizance. Since the charge sheets have already been filed, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition along with pending applications stands dismissed as being infructuous.
