During the course of arguments, the grievance of the Petitioners is confined only to the effect that the observations made by Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal ['DRAT'], while deciding the Appeal against an interlocutory order, should not be construed as a final expression on the merits of the case.

In view of the aforesaid, the present Petition is disposed of with an observation that the Debts Recovery Tribunal ['DRT'] or any other competent Court/Authority, will proceed to decide the matter independently and uninfluenced by the observations made by DRAT in its order dated 09.06.2025.
