This petition has been pending since 2019. As per the status report filed by the State, the prosecution evidence is over. The statement of accused was recorded on 28th September, 2022. The defence evidence is listed on 03rd October, 2024. At this stage, the Court does not find any reason to allow this petition which challenges the framing of charge. 2.
Further, the status report points out that about 16 matters have been filed before this Court relating to the same proceedings. 3.
