% 14.10.2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- "In view of the aforesaid circumstances of the case it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:

(a) terminate the mandate of the arbitrator Mr.P.K.Gupta in Case no. ARB/PKG/112 and appoint new substitute arbitrator;

(b) For any further and other reliefs as the nature and circumstances of the case may require."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of the Communication dated 11th October, 2019 the learned Arbitrator has informed the petitioner that he has rendered the award. According to him the same has made the present petition infructuous and he wishes to withdraw the same.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
