The matter has been taken up today as 17.01.2024, the date fixed in the matter was a holiday.

None has been appearing for the petitioner for the last many dates. A perusal of the record shows that the notice issued to the petitioner has also been returned unserved with a report that no such person was found at the address provided in the writ petition. It was further noted by this Court that there was no response even on the mobile number given by the petitioner.

In these circumstances, we have no option except to dismiss the present petition.

The present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed in default and for non prosecution.
