Learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent no.2 respectively submit that they have inter se settled their dispute vide Settlement Agreement dated 21.04.2026, and that they shall remain bound with all the terms, including the amounts stipulated therein. 2.
They further submit that they shall be taking appropriate steps for release thereof in accordance with law before this Court. 3.
In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petitions.

Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
It is clarified that the said amount so deposited with this Court shall be released in accordance with the terms set out in the aforesaid settlement as per law, and upon them taking the requisite steps therefor. 6.
