O R D E R

The present petition arose on account of the alleged disobedience on the part of the respondent with the terms of a Settlement Agreement dated 08.04.2019. The same contemplated certain payments to be made by the respondent, in the following manner :- i.

At the time of recording of the statement in the first motion petition under Section 13-B(1) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. ii.

At the time of recording of the statement of the parties in the second motion petition under Section 13-B(2) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 2.

However, the respondent did not adhere to the terms of the aforesaid agreement. During the course of hearing, it is pointed out by learned counsel for the respondent that subsequently, on 16.01.2024, another agreement was entered into between the parties, the terms of which have been strictly adhered to; the requisite payment thereof has been made, and the decree of divorce has also been granted on 14.10.2024.

The respondent in person is present in Court. He tenders an apology for the inadvertent lapse on his part in adhering to the terms of the earlier agreement dated 08.04.2019. While tendering an apology, he assures and undertakes to scrupulously comply with order/s that may be passed by any Court. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
