% 13.03.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 were known to each other. They are old friends and neighbours also. On the complaint of respondent no. 2, FIR no. 190/2016 under Sections 363/365/368/323/509 IPC was lodged at police station Okhla Industrial Area. Petitioner and respondent no. 2 have now settled their disputes amicably, vide a Memorandum of Understanding and Settlement dated 5th February, 2018; therefore, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating

therefrom may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI S.P. Singh of police station Okhla Industrial Area.

Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and she has no objection in case FIR is quashed against the petitioner.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR no. 190/2016 under Sections 363/365/368/323/509 IPC registered at police station Okhla Industrial Area and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
