In the order passed by the predecessor bench on 23rd July, 2025, it was noted that the defendants no.1 to 5 have no objection if the prayer clause (a) of the plaint is allowed. Further, counsel for the defendants no.1 to 5 was asked to remain physically present in the Court. 2.

Today, counsel for defendants no.1 to 5 is present in Court and reiterates that the said defendants have no objection if the prayer clause (a) of the plaint is granted in favour of the plaintiff. 3.

For the sake of convenience, prayer clause (a) is set out below: "(a) be declared that Mrs. Namita Sharma w/o Late Sh. Inder Mohan Sharma is the absolute owner of Ground Floor out of Property No. Municipal No. 4405, measuring 312.28 Sq. meter Part No. II, 5 Darya Ganj, New Delhi-110002, Khasra No. 57" 4.

Counsel for the plaintiff does not press for the remaining reliefs sought in the plaint.
