By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks the following relief(s):- "a. directing Respondent No. 1 to provide the Petitioner's evaluated answer sheets, question papers, answer keys, and marking schemes of the Common Assistant Accounts Officer (Civil) Examination-2021 (Part-II) at the earliest. b. further directing Respondent No. 1 and Respondent No. 4 to consider the request of the petitioner for re-evaluation of his answer sheet of Paper-3 (Cost and Management Accounts) of the said examination and declare the revised results at the earliest, enabling the Petitioner to decide about his eligibility to apply for regular appointment under the circular dated 27.05.2025 issued by the Office of District & Sessions Judge (HQs), Delhi, and allowing him sufficient time to submit his application before the deadline or to prepare for the next examination to be conducted by Respondent No. 1..."

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states upon instructions, that the documents as required in prayer (a) would be supplied within two weeks from today. He further states that insofar as prayer (b) is concerned, the respondent No.4 has already directed respondent no.1 to carry out the re-evaluation. Let the same shall be done within a period of two weeks and thereafter, the result of re-evaluation will be conveyed to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states, upon instructions, that he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the court in case any grievance remains. 4.

In view of the above, the petition, along with the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted.
