After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for appellant, on instructions, submits that he does not press the present appeal. 2.

He, however, submits that one review application is pending before the learned Judge, Family Court whereby the appellant herein seeks review of order dated 06.02.2025.

He submits that such application has now been listed for 09.09.2025. 4.

Since, he prays for expeditious disposal of said application, the appellant would be liberty to move appropriate application before learned Judge, Family Court seeking pre-ponement of such application and it is expected that learned Judge, Family Court would decide the above application as expeditiously as possible.
