Petitioners are aggrieved by order of demolition issued under Section 343 of DMC Act, 1957 by respondent MCD.

The appeal against the abovesaid order is maintainable before the learned Appellate Tribunal, MCD, listed at Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. 3.

summer break, the Tribunal is not functional and, therefore, he is compelled to file the present writ petitions.

Learned counsel for respondent MCD appears on advance notice and does confirm that the Tribunal is non-functional these days and it would become functional on 01.07.2025.

The demolition notices are dated 13.06.2025 which came to the knowledge of the petitioners on 16.06.2025.

During course of arguments, learned Counsel for respondent merely seeks respite for the intervening period so that once the Tribunal becomes functional, he is in a position to file appropriate appeals before the learned MCD Appellate Tribunal.

Both the petitions are, accordingly, disposed of with direction to MCD to not carry out any demolition action in terms of the abovesaid demolition notices dated 13.06.2025, till 07.07.2025.

This is to enable the petitioner to file appropriate appeals before the learned MCD Appellate Tribunal.

Petitions stand disposed of in aforesaid terms. 10.

All pending application also stands disposed of. 11.
