O R D E R
% 07.02.2017 The impugned order dated 2nd November, 2016 passed by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies is revisable under Section 115 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003. In view of the equally efficacious alternative remedy, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, leaving it open to the petitioner to invoke the said remedy. Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon Meenu Tomar versus Registrar Co-operative Group Housing Society Limited, 230 (2016) DLT 479 (DB). This case relates to individualization scheme and the issues raised had wide ramifications. This decision would not help and assist the petitioner as the issue raised in the present case pertains to individual rights of the petitioner.
The writ petition is accordingly not entertained and is dismissed in view of the alternative remedy, without expressing any opinion on merits. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
CHANDER SHEKHAR, J.
