By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner assails the order of remand dated 28.03.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, District West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in connection with FIR No. 588/2024 registered at Police Station Moti Nagar, under Section 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Mr. Piyush Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he has been instructed to withdraw this petition, as it has been rendered infructuous.
