% 20.09.2019 A status report dated 20th September, 2019, authored by Inspector Jagtar Singh, Station House Officer, Police Station- Mohan Garden, Delhi, has been handed over in Court today, with an advance copy to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. The same is taken on record. A perusal of the said status report and in particular, Annexure-D thereof, at Page No. 15, reflects that the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), Balrampur, Chhattisgarh, has granted custody of Master Yashraj Gupta, the minor son of the petitioner, Ms. Pooja Gupta, to her husband, namely, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta, vide order dated 12th September, 2019, for a period of three months.
In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, with liberty to institute appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, before a competent Court having territorial jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute. Leave and liberty granted.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
