Mr. Pawant Kant Singh, the learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 10 has placed on record the affidavits of respondent nos. 2 to 10 and submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the petitioner, Mr. Amandeep Singh and the respondents. The affidavits of respondent nos. 2 to 10 be taken on record.

Mr. Anand V. Khatri, the learned ASC for the State has also placed on record the Status Report and same be taken on record. 5.

It is undisputed that marriage of the petitioner and Mr. Amandeep Singh was performed on 29.06.2025, as per Sikh Rites and Rituals at Gurudwara.

The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 10 submits that the respondents have never intended to cause any harm to the petitioner or to Mr. Amandeep Singh and in future as well, they do not incline to do so.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now, they do not apprehend any danger from the respondents, thus, he seeks to withdraw the present petition. 8.

Permission to withdraw is granted.

The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
