Additional Sessions Judge/FTC Saket Court , New Delhi, (ii) PASS such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on account of the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties.
