The Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 appear virtually. Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are physically present before the Court today. 2.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled the matter and a settlement agreement dated 07.10.2024 has been executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 3.

The Petitioners jointly undertake to this Court that they will vacate the subject premises on or before 31.03.2025. The Petitioners are bound down by the undertaking made before this Court.

The Respondents submit that they will make payment in accordance with the Schedule as set out in paragraph 3 of the settlement agreement. The Respondents are bound down by the statement made. 5.

The parties undertake to abide by all terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.
