% 03.03.2025 No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to take passover or an adjournment when the matter was called. On the last occasion also i.e. 19th September, 2024 and 4th December, 2024, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. As per the order dated 19th October, 2023, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,25,000/- on account of arrears before the Registrar General of this Court, however, the same has not been deposited yet. Taking into consideration of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the instant petition along with pending applications, if any, is dismissed for non-prosecution.
