1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that since the parties have already arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 13.09.2024, he has instructions not to press the appeal any further.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent confirms this position.

3. In the light of the aforesaid, the appeal is, as prayed for dismissed as not pressed making it clear that the parties will remain bound by the terms of the settlement dated 13.09.2024, a copy whereof has been placed on record.

4. Further, taking into account that the disputes between the parties have been settled at the initial stage of the appeal itself, we direct that the court fee paid by the appellant be refunded.
