Present petition has been filed by complainant in case FIR No. 689/2022 police station Malviya Nagar and she is aggrieved by order dated 12.07.2023 whereby respondent no. 2 herein has been granted bail. 2.
Learned counsel for applicant, however, submits that since matter has been amicably settled between the parties, petitioner herein is no longer interested in pursuing with her present petition and she would have no objection if present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 3.
Learned Addl. P.P. for the State, when asked, has also not come up with any material which may necessitate interference by this Court with respect to the order of bail granted to respondent no. 2.
