This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the Order dated 06.06.2025, passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts (hereinafter referred to as the, 'Family Court'), in SMA No. 01/2025, titled Aneesh Katyal v. Ancy Elizabeth Koshy, whereby interim visitation rights were granted to the respondent with the child during the recently concluded summer vacation.

With the passage of time, the appeal has been rendered infructuous.

We, therefore, dispose of the present appeal while reserving all objections and contentions of the appellant to be adjudicated before the learned Family Court.
