Stores(Steel) is present in Court and has stated that insofar as the tender in question being Tender No.2025/RS(I)/954/5TC is concerned, the same shall be annulled. He has also stated that in respect of another tender floated on 11.07.2025 for procurement of 600 BOBRN wagons being Tender No.2025/RS(I)/954/7TC, the authorities shall re-visit the tender condition no.1.3(c) and take appropriate decision thereto, which shall be incorporated as well, as a condition of the tender floated on 11.07.2025. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing needs to be adjudicated any further in this petition, which is hereby disposed of along with all pending applications, in terms of the statement made by the officer present. 4.
