This is an application preferred on behalf of Respondent No. 1/Delhi Jal Board for waiver of cost of Rs.20,000/- imposed vide order dated 24.10.2024.

Mr. Rahul Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioner accepts notice and has no objection to the application being allowed. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. 5.

Cost of Rs.20,000/- imposed vide order dated 24.10.2024 is accordingly waived.

This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner for a direction to the Respondents to supply drinking water to the Petitioner on fixed time and date.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the writ petition as the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed inasmuch as a letter has been issued on 09.12.2024 by the Office of Delhi Jal Board intimating the Petitioner that his request for provision of a water tanker has been acceded to and the tanker will be provided on every Wednesday by vehicle no. DL-1-LY-6127. Letter dated 09.12.2024 is taken on record. 9.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
