% 19.02.2024 Learned counsels for both the parties submit that the matter has duly been settled between the parties and an agreement has been entered into in CS(OS) no.113/2020. In this agreement it was agreed upon that the testamentary case bearing nos.108/2021 i.e. the present case shall also be withdrawn by the petitioner.

Let the settlement deed be brought on record. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the present petition along with the pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn as settled.
