Learned APP for the State submits that the mother of the petitioner, on whose medical condition, the interim bail is being sought, is stated to be well. The said submission has been vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that she is still unwell and is in need of medical treatment.

It is noted that no fresh medical records have been placed on record to substantiate the current medical condition of the petitioner's mother as contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view thereof, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court today at 4 PM.

The petition stands disposed of.
